orean brand and you would expect a lot from it since Korea's reputation in consumer electronics and in Asia in general is pretty high. I think innostream phones are garbage. The quality of the phone (overall) is ok, not as nice as SAMSUNG or LG (comparing it to other Korean brands), and its just loaded with problems. I own a cell phone store and every INNO that i've sold the customers come back very dissatisfied with the phone. In matter of weeks u get problems are service, operation, battery, screen, speaker
